Dancing Mindfulness uses the art form of dance as the primary medium of discovering a mindful awareness, and connection to the body. Movement and dancing occurs through seven primary areas of mindfulness in motion: breath, sound, body, story, mind, spirit, and fusion-of all the elements.
You will tap into your body’s own healing resources through mindful presence and awareness, processing through blocks and stuck discomforts, while discovering your unique creativity waiting to be cultivated.
