Meditation sessions with Alejandra every Thursday at 6:00 PM
In a world that is in continuos overstimulation and acceleration, with multitasking and striving to become and do more, it is important from time to time to completely pause, suspend all mental and outer activity, and momentarily let go of the need to grasp, acquire, manifest or achieve anything.
After a brief introduction, we will sit, relax the body, and rest deeply in silence without the need to do anything or be anyone. This gentle, open space that we internally create and experience through the meditation, will in turn and paradoxically open the gates for more clarity, insight, and outbursts of creativity. At the end of the session, we’ll have some time for individual journaling or group sharing of our experiences.
